Content item submission form - Unknown column

Hello,

I'm working on an older site that has had Joomla and Flexi updated.

I'm trying to create a frontend submission form and getting just a white page with the error: Unknown column 'Array' in 'where clause'.

Any suggestions on where to start to find the issue?

I've compared basic type/menu settings to another site where I have a form that works properly, but haven't been able to solve the issue.

I upated to 4.1.1 and I'm still having the same issue.

I'm still just getting 'Unknown column 'Array' in 'where clause' and a 500 in the console on the frontend.

When looking at Flexi in the backend, I'm seeing the following under Parsing errors in language files:
JROOT/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_flexicontent.ini : error(s) in line(s) 2118, 2191, 2192, 2193, 2194, 2195, 2196, 3516, 3517, 3518, 3519, 3520, 3521, 3522, 3524, 3525, 3526

Note that the site default language is french and english is unpublished.  The backend is in english.

Everything on the site is either set to language all or french.

What IS your PHP version ?
Its a New link submission or an existing link ?

I've created a new menu item to submit a new article. Not sure if that answers your question?
