flexi access integration with any component?

Hello. I wish to use this component in my community website. I wish do in this way.
During registration my user choose a subscription plan with aec component, so they are connect automatically to acl group. In this way i can set rule to show or hide some menù item or module. I wish that they can to manage the action with some component (for example video component) to see video but not upload depends their subscription plan. Is it possible all this or this component can be integrated with only some component and not all.
To do all this i can use only flexi access or flexi content too?
