Remove orphan content from removed field

Remove orphan content from removed field was created by HenkKV
Hi,
I just wonder what happens when I remove a field from a type.
Are the values also removed from the database or should I do this using Sql direct in the database?

hello
when you remove field vaue are deleted, you will have backend notification for cleaning search and filter value and no need to do more action
FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
