Blog-like Navigation (Next/Previous Article)

Hello, I just installed this wonderful piece of software and I'm stuck on this.

All my articles have around 6-7 chapters. So I split them into 6 different articles and put them all in the same category.

How can I automatically insert Previous Page and Next Page links at the bottom of each article?

Something like:

< See Page 1_______________________See Page 3 >

I already tried JCE with the links plugin but that takes almost as long as it takes to write the whole article taking into account that I have to put links on each page manually.

If anybody knows I'd appreciate the help!
