How to make a template?

Hi, I already have a template with Content Manager.. but I would like to use Flexicontent for my templates.. but I have no idea where to start.

Can someone please start me off?

Also my website is a music website which means I will need to have a tracklist.. is there a way I can make the tracklist have an item ID or something, so in the future, I can make it fetch the song title in the tracklist. Here's my website. www.kaboomza.com/index.php/ink-music-vol2-by-double-k
