items/item bad url was created by Anonymous
JRoute::_(FlexicontentHelperRoute::getItemRoute($row->slug, $row->catslug, $row->sectionid))
is creating this link:
/component/flexicontent/items/item/48-prawn-cocktail-sandwiches

which results in:
Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in *\htdocs\libraries\joomla\application\router.php on line 218

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in *\htdocs\libraries\joomla\application\router.php on line 140

however, if i use this /component/flexicontent/item/48-prawn-cocktail-sandwiches
(removing items)
the url works. Is there a way i can make the helper not add that /items/ bit?

.
The /component/flexicontent/items/item/ URL structure is a default when there is nothing else to follow (or there is a conflict).

Are those items in a menu structure which Joomla can use to build the URLs?

Even a hidden menu can provide the needed structure.

I realize this is the default, however the default causes an error. if i remove the /items/ bit manual the link fine.

There are round about 100 categories and there will always be more... so much manual labor kinda defeats the purpose of a cms no?

Hi UniquelyRandom
did you find a solution to this problem.

do you think it will be possible to use htaccess to solve this issue ?

We have this issue when a user performs a search, these urls are generated.

Its frustrating as all the normal links work.

Any ideas ?

Matthew
