Combine categories and custom fields filter

Hi
I would like to obtain in a page the articles that belongs to category 1 and category 2 and customfieldvalue=1... is it possible?
I mean... Can i obtain articles combining categories and custom fields fiters? How to?

I've all most the same problem.
I made also checkbox images custom fields.
And now, how to show the articles on the page from one category but without 10 first articles with 'checkbox1'.

I know it's strange but this 10 articles is showing in spacial module.

It's ought to change quote to sql, but i don't now how

Can anybody help?
