import specific content in flexicontent

hello
i have a site why joomla content and flexicontent
how to import the joomla content and exclude the flexicontent... because when i did it with flexicontent administration all of field in flexicontent was clean up ....

when i try this the flexicontent is delete ...

In the Joomla core Article Manager, move the content into the desired FLEXIcontent category.

Access the FLEXIcontent Items manager and FLEXIcontent will detect this new content and prompt you to bind this content.

but if you don't import the joomla structur at frist you don't have the flexicontent catégorie ...
other idea ?
