How to disable display of categories was created by ewoud

I have searched and searched but I cannot find the possibility to disable the display of the categories in an article.

Any ideas?

That Categories display is a field element in your template.
Go to: Templates > your template > Item layout
Drag the Categories field from the template back to Available fields on the left.
Save.

Should be gone.

Found it. Thanks for the quick reply. Your answer gives me ideas to play around more with the template possibilities
