Is Flexiaccess and Flexicontent the right answer?

Simply put, two users - employer/employee

Employee pays amount (say $1) per month to keep his cv there - the whole employee bit is categorized - much like what would happen if I was using SOBI2 - it can be searched also

Employer checks all profiles and for the once he likes, he buys the contact for $1 (find it
in the employee page - hes basically buying access to the hidden fields)

Using content and access can I achieve the above?...

Also, if I want to hire someone from the board - where should I post?...
