Type overview

Hello,

I've the following category-structure:

- Region
--- Bangkok
--- Phuket
--- Chian Mai
- Restaurants
- Hotels

Now I made a menue-item "Item submission form".
If I select in the menue-backend "Region", then the category "Region" is selected.
Here I want that the user can choose the category, but only some from the Region (and not Restaurants and Hotels).
Could someone help me here?

is it possible to make the following things:

- A menue-point that shows all entries from a special type

I want to build a site in that I have categories for the different regions of a country (for example Thailand):
- Bangkok
- Phuket
- Chian Mai

Now I have different types (hotels, restaurants, sightseeing).

Now I want to have two different possibilitys:

Show everything from a region (category) like hotels, restaurants and sightseeing.

or

Show all restaurants or hotels independet from the region / category.

Any one a idea?
