Are there any support at this site at all???

Hi,

I have bought and payed for the products, both FC an FA.

And I have posted some questions at this forum, because I need support to get the products working.

I have been very patient and waited for over a week but there is no answers what so ever.

Are there any support for these commercial products at all?

It is very un-satisfactory to buy these products and then you can't get any support at all.

What you won’t get.

* Specific support:
We won’t answer you in the next 5 minutes and probably not in the next 5 days but we will try to do our best. If you expect this kind of service please contact us about partnerships or wait till we offer the support packages.
* Full documentation:
There’s no full documentation at the moment. If you are beginner with Joomla and have no idea of what ACL means please wait for this document to be available to subscribe - or wait for Joomla! 1.6
* Unlimited warranty:
There are around 4000 of extensions for Joomla and we cannot spend hours testing everything with every server configuration to warranty it will run will all components you use on your website.
* Refund:
Of course there’s no refund on donations even if this donation is mandatory to become something.

I'm not a Flexiaccess expert, so i can't answer now to your posts.

Anyway, be sure that we spend lot of time to give free support to the community; and sometimes, like anyone, we take a break.
