Manager Access To Back End Content

I have a series of sites that I work on with non-technical partners.

I have certain types of content I create for them, to show what can be done with FLEXIcontent.

The problem is that unless I make them a SuperAdmin, they cannot access the content, even if I set them as the author.

In fact, as managers, it seems they cannot even access their own content.

I have them set in FLEXIaccess as able to do pretty much everything.

Any ideas on what changes I can make to give them the access they need to run/manage their sites, while limiting access to installation and so on, until they have a better handle on the technology?

Thank you!

I already have flexiaccess, and it is not helping.

I'm not sure I understand what you are suggesting I do.
