No image in Blog->Category view

hey all,

i'm trying to figure out why i can't see the image in
Blog->Category view.

using: Joomla 1.5.22, FC 1.5.3c

i've tried to play with the category settings, setting Extract from main text or Image, but all i can see is the Alt of the image.

i've followed the URL posted at the <img> tag, and it seems that it's pointing to wrong URL.

the URL is:
localhost/demo/components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpthumb/phpThumb.php?src=/demo/images/stories/cleartype-font-collection-fonts.png&w=90&h=90&aoe=1&q=95

while no such file exists in the /demo/images/stories/ folder.
when manually changing the URL to something that does exists, like
/demo/images/stories/l_cleartype-font-collection.png&w=90&h=90&aoe=1&q=95
still nothing happens.

the URL is similar both methods, extract from text and use image field.

then i've tried to set the Use Image to NO on both leading and intro items, and still i get the image alt!!!

clearing and purging cache in between won't help.

before i'm starting to change the code, i'd like to hear if someone has solution for this.

did you select good permission for phptmub folder ?

yup, 777 for phpthumb folder.

in ligne or in local mod ?

??? what? where? i don't know, permissions are right.
it seems that phpthumb generates wrong URL for the image extraction. it points to non-existing file,
and i don't think that it got something to do with permissions.

do you have a realy to see this problem
some time in local mode (on your comuter) phpthumb may have some problem

Has there been a resolution to this problem? I have the exact same issue. Directory chmodded to 777.

In the category configuration, I have the following set for both Leading and Intro items:

Image source: Extract from main text
Image position: Right
Link image: No
Intro image size: Use parameters
Image width: 100
Image height: 100
Processing method: Scale

Now, if I select Small for 'Intro image size' the images display, but at their full size.

I am running:
Joomla 1.5.22
Flexicontent 1.5.3c stable (r354)

after when you try to display image
you can see this
and after search on google
