tags(utf) alias are numbers?

tags(utf) alias are numbers? was created by almamun
I've had some tags in Bangla(utf). But the in links they are replaced with numbers like 1 or 2. How to resolve it?

That's an excellent question but I have absolutely no answer at the moment :(
I'll ask that to krit who has probably a better knowledge as he his Thai ;-)
