... OK, I switched off php error logging to somehow hide these warnings, but that's not the solution I'm dreaming of

Hope this will be solved soon.

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

In the 'Categories' written at the top twice:
