[USE 1.5.5+] Images, Read more buttons missing when editing was created by shultman

Using Flexicontent 1.5.4 on Joomla 1.5.25

When editing, the Image, Read more (and more) buttons are missing below the editor, but only for content.

All buttons appear as they should below all extra text field editor boxes.

No matter which editor is used, the same problem occurs.

Any hints?
