Hello,

I installed Flexicontent 1.5.6 RC4 and now I can't edit in backend a lot of items. It could be default types or custom types. And I'm owner (super admin) of these items.
What's strange is that I can edit a few of them.

I've got this error message : You are not authorized to execute edit task on this asset. Please contact an administrator.

I made a joomla checkin (validation generale) but it's the same.

I'm using joomla 1.5.25, Flexicontent 1.5.6 RC4 and FLEXIaccess 1.0.5

thanks

Yes it helped!!! i found the bug when using FLEXIaccess the group level of the user must also be checked, because FLEXIaccess permissions must be ignored for superuser.

I would suggest a fix for this now by i ll make a build , that has fix today

Please answer me a question, do you have a defined a FLEXIaccess group "that includes" administrator?

If so it seems you have set permissions for this FLEXIaccess group not be able to edit these items

Older version checked specially for super admin and ignored the FLEXIaccess permissions.

Thanks for reporting, i fixed this bug and same bug in a couple of other places

Please install next revision

Regards

thank you ggpdk,

yes the new version now allow to edit all flexiaccess items.

But i've got a problem because now my Rokajaxsearch module show no results. I activate both Flexicontent search and advanced search plugins but it doesn't work.

I'm using joomla 1.5.25 and last Flexicontent 1.56 RC4 (r1231)

thanks

mmm standard search plugin should work ... for advanced search did you follow instruction in the menu item?

Does it work with standard joomla search module?
