Hello,

1. the problem was indeed the Access Level of content Type. It was null (i will put a check for this too),

-- if you click edit content type and click save ONCE , then it is saved to default value "Public"

==> you can install v2.0.1 and do the above

2. About array_unique() error message to apply a quick fix , replace line giving error with:

Code:

return array_unique($published_cats);

with

Code:

return array_unique($all_cats);

I followed the steps you listed above and the problem is now temporarily solved with 2.0.1 (r1659) installed.
