Warning message on front-end (please help)

On the the front-end view of my articles I get the following message:

"Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in /home/content/c/w/p/cwpgodaddy/html/components/com_flexicontent/classes/flexicontent.fields.php on line 100"

I downloaded the latest beta5 from this website this morning (Feb 12, 2010).

What can I do to fix this issue?

Looks like you downloaded beta5, not beta5a.

Use the Download button at the top right.
You should end up with a file named: com_flexicontent_1.5_beta5a.zip
