Duplicate entry in vp_flexicontent_advsearch_index

Help!!!

Trying to insert a new record I get this error:

saveFields(): SQL QUERY ERROR:
Duplicate entry '6-0-0' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=INSERT INTO vp_flexicontent_advsearch_index (field_id,item_id,extraid,search_index,value_id) VALUES ( 6,0,0,'test','0'),( 1,0,0,'test','0'),( 3,0,0,'Administrator','426'),( 10,0,0,'1','0'),( 13,0,0,'Castelo de Paiva','659')
Error during storing the content:

It's Joomla 2.5 and FLEXIcontent version 2.1.2 r1806 beta.

I can't see why anything about this error. Any help?

something is wrong in your installation,

is it in frontend ?
-- do you have have a frontend item form template override ?

is it a new site ?
or an upgraded site from an older FC version ?

Yes that's the problem, the 0 in ITEM ID. It all worked well until that moment. Yes, it's in the frontend, and the instalation is neither new nor upgraded.

However, getting back to it there were in the Flexicontente start screen two signs to update, some of the same that appear in the first use of it. I've updated them and the error disappeared.

I really can't find what was wrong, but now it's gone. Let's wait to see if it happens again.

It seems that some item was an invalid state, e.g. due to server crash/reboot/interrupted script execution or due to a bug ?

but when you first visit the backend FLEXIcontent dashboard some validation checks are performed, and you will prompted to correct these
