How to disable search filtering (search bar in the category) was created by gkhn

Hi there,

I am trying to find out where I can disable the searrch filtering bar. It is appearing in the frontend category page.

I managed to disable them

except all I am left is the grey bar at the top.
Could you please let me know how I can remove that also?

Use firebug to find css

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hi Micker,

Thank you for your response.

The class is called .well. I just dont know where i can delete this from. I am pretty new to flexicontent so I am not really sure how to do template overrrides when I have to. Thank you.

hello i give a linke in other topic
1 create flexicontent.css in yout template/css folder
2 create your css rule with !important if necessary

How have you disabled it. I am struggling to do this with a new installation.

Hi there please have a look at the category.html or category.html5 file in your template folder.

I disabled the search settings inside the category settings but that did not help removing it completely.

So what I did was to copy the default template and edit the category html file.
