1. do you have error_reporting enabled in Joomla's Global configuration ?

please test with NONE and with maximum to see if it makes a difference

2. please test with FLEXIcontent v2.1.3 r1857 BETA, which is available in our downloads section

Hello

this is a known issue in J3.2

--client side validation is not preventing the form from submitting !

but we have a bug, the server side validation should do redirection back to form with a message "Title is missing",

instead this error is produced so will fix the redirection
