mod_flexicontent "Layout: Options of selected Layout" blank

Hi,

I'm using version 2.1.3 r1857 and try to display an article from one category and 5 from another. It works well. But now, I want to modify the layout of this module and it returns a blank page



Is that a bug or am I doing it wrong ?

this is a "FAKE" TAB that is not supposed to be displayed, (but it is displayed in J3.x)

will check to fix (hide it)

-- the TAB with the layout properties , is the next one

... select layout "carousel" and then visit the "Layout:carousel"

the other Layouts do not have an options TAB

So this is a fake tab, but if I want to remove some fields from the news template (for example, I want to remove voting, visites and dates). Is there a way to do it without modify flexicontent files ?

in news template go to display item scop tabs

Merci pour ta réponse Micker, je me suis mal exprimé, ce sera peut-être plus simple de demander en français. En fait, je ne trouve pas où se trouvent les templates du module Flexicontent, et donc le template news. Je trouve bien des templates, mais ce sont ceux du composant, pas du module...

Thanks for answering Micker, I just don't find where are mod_flexicontent templates in backend and more precisely the news template. I found templates, but component's templates, not modules' templates.

The TAB is called:

Item List: Displaying of Fields & Other item information -- (Used by Some Layouts e.g. news)

so it is exactly what you ask , have clicked it ?

@ggppdk : Yes, the translated name is not very clear about this (Paramètres d'affichage des items), but it's a solution. I was looking for a solution for remove some fields, add some customs fields and use different display for each module... I thought that create some template was the best way.

@micker : Nickel ça Est-ce qu'une retransmission en streaming est prévue pour les sudistes éloignés ? (quoi que, Toulouse est aussi dans le sud, ça serait nickel d'organiser ça )

you adding removing fields is not a problem, it is implemented


- just we want to add the HTML TEMPLATE parameter that you can find e.g. in relation fields

which will allow mixing HTML with fields, and also possibly allow PHP too, together with a popup editor,

now to have a different placement and HTML you need a custom template:
easy to do you just duplicate news.php and news folder
