Hello

i confirm that this is a bug,

in J3.x we only clear backend cache 'com_flexicontent_cats'

(J3.x is different than J2.5 that it creates backend cache objects when called from backend)

will fix this,

if you had frontend problem i would say it is because of cache,

because you have in backend, i think you need to configure ACL,

if you still think that this is a bug, you may send me a PM with admin login and instructions on how to replicate this
