v3 Beta5a config TABs missing in Universal Module

I'm using Nonumber advanced module management extention v4.22.2
In a site with FC v3.dev it's okay.
In a site with FC v3.beta5.a the top level tabs of Universal Content module are not shown.

The good presentation is the following :

the bad presentations is the following :

tell me if you need admin access as the problem can be only seen in admin.

But I have another problem :

I display 3 articles in the bottom of the page.
On the live site (with FC V3 dev version) I get a good display :

On the test site (with FC beta5.a) I get a bad display:

the url is v201503.shanihotel.co.il

What do I need to do in the beta5 to get the 3 articles on the same line

There is another thing I'm looking for: In the previous version of UCM, after the number of articles to display, there is a field which asks how many columns to display. I don't find it anymore in the new version (I find just the number of articles to display).
How can we define the number of columns to display ?

since this parameter, is Layout specific,
it was moved.

you can find columns inside the Layout parameters TAB and only if you select a layout that uses this:

('news' and 'carousel' make use of such a parameter)

I have replaced the specific template by the 'NEWS' one.

I find the tab 'layout news' asking for the number of columns to display.
But I can change them. I put '3' for the featered and standard column. When I validate the modif is not registred, I get the default value (1 featered column, 2 standard column).

I think I have already encountered this problem in the beginning of FC V3 development.

1) try with different brower
2) check PHP settings

max_input_vars


(if you have suhosin patch on your server then also these too)
suhosin.post.max_vars
suhosin.request.max_vars


they should be 3000 or more
