[FIXED in v3.0.9] Delete File field value - JS error: The object does not support property or method remove in IE

While editing an article in Internet Explorer I cant delete a field with the type File.
The JavaScript produces an error by the function "deleteField".
Error: The object does not support property or method remove.

the file field was revised in v3.0.9-dev* to be like other multi-value fields (did not have time to do this in v3.0.0)

- multi-value inline editing of the file properties
- support for fieldgoups
- other improvements

i have test it in Version 3.0.9-dev3. There is the same problem in IE when delete a container. ( see Screenshot )
Also is there no button to select a file.

I test version 3.0.9.dev
For the Error in Internet Explorer when deleting a file container i found a solution:
Changing the line 258 in file.php from:

this also works in Internet Explorer.

But there is another Problem in Internet Explorer 10: Add a new file doesnt work.

A click on the add button does not open modal window correctly. Select a file is not possible. There also two JS Erros in IE.
have you a idee to make this work in IE 10

you need to download new JS files, click "CTRL-F5"

maybe it is approprieate to replace ALL JS files with
...?ver=current version to make sure they are always loaded properly
