[SOLVED] [Older versions bug ?] Group field empty values

Hello,
I noticed what I consider a serious flaw in the group field. The scenario is as follows:
The field loads:
- title
- text
- image
Some of these items won't have an image but then if the image is empty, the image of the next item appears in its place and it shouldn't happen. Do you have any idea how to remedy this?

Both, when I fill a particular set of fields but leave the image empty and then create another set after that with an image, after I save the image moves to the set that didn't have it. So...

before save:
set 1
title: lorem ipsum
text: lorem ipsum
image:

set 2
title: lorem ipsum 2
text: lorem ipsum 2
image: cat.gif

after save:
set 1
title: lorem ipsum
text: lorem ipsum
image: cat.gif

set 2
title: lorem ipsum 2
text: lorem ipsum 2
image:

that was fixed in v3.0.8

please open item form verify it is correct then save
then display, it should display properly

I already was at 3.0.8 and it wasn't working, then I upgraded to 3.0.9 with no luck either.

please do a fix permissions with admin tools
and then reupgrade to v3.0.8

open item form , check values then save and display

What admin tools are you talking about?
I re-upgraded FC and it said "installed" in green next to all extensions. The bug still occurs with images but doesn't with the text/textarea fields.
