New and old categories Joomla navigation

Something is wrong in the navigation .
The easiest way of examples.
next.norwegofil.pl/index.php?option=com_...iadomosci&Itemid=218 (This link works well) category "wiadomosci" is old and top.
and this link is good next.norwegofil.pl/index.php?option=com_...:co-robic&Itemid=235 (top category is old "co-robic")
for example somthing wrong:
next.norwegofil.pl/index.php?option=com_...:artykuly&Itemid=180
This link opens at the bottom of the home page.

When I set the top category "old" article open ok.

- provide an explanation of what is wrong, maybe new behaviour is more correct behaviour
again and don't know what you mean
if you mean the "field" category items navigation field (NEXT/PREVIOUS item), then yes it has been updated to have more correct behaviour, and be performance wise too for large categories, and other improvements

- remember i do not know anything for your website, so explain what is wrong and why you think it is wrong

of course always mention FC version , Joomla version, and PHP version

If you want the Joomla article view to display the FLEXIcontent view

- then go to types manager and find column "Joomla article view"

if it says "Allowed" for some times, click to redirect to FLEXIcontent item view

When I moved this article ( next.norwegofil.pl/index.php?option=com_...:co-robic&Itemid=235 ) to category co-robic "old" it display very good.
Problem is only with categorys wich was create in FX 3.0.8

also the links that you are posting are not FLEXIcontent item links they are Joomla article links

Links are joomla links.
Some links work some not works.
Example: this work next.norwegofil.pl/index.php?option=com_...:co-robic&Itemid=235
this link not works : next.norwegofil.pl/index.php?option=com_...:artykuly&Itemid=180
