Clean Install on PHP 7.0.15 does not display componant

This matter is now resolved.

The issue was that part of the mod_flexicontent was owned by another user (not sure how) so www-data did not have write access to the directory. Changed the owner and write access... all working fine.

I few reconfiguration required still , but all is fine.

you have many error => but no flexicontent ..... check all plugin in screen 2
