in tags-maintance-verify tags mapping we have done it but these didnt resolv the problem.We have also disabled tags but still no luck.
other data is mysql 5.7.19 and php 7.0.22

hello at first update your joomla to 3.9.4!!! and retry

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Hello

Do NOT uninstall you will delete the data tables

To downgrade you can just upload the old file 3.2.1.15 via the Joomla installer

Note: Unfortunately, every time you login to backend you will be asked to update the DB table indexes once
but this will happen just once per login

Thanks for all the help ,just downloaded the version i was before 3.2.1.14 and uploaded and installed to joomla and all went fine,site is working again.Is there any chance to put a warning at the update process to tell people that they must have j3.8 and over to go for the update?

Strange but it doesnt ask me to update db table indexes as i have done a logout and login .Only asked in setup and didnt finish due to not remembering the exact message but now isnt mentioning anything when i go to flexi content

Hello

the installer, includes the limitation of minimum Joomla version

github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck...ster/manifest.xml#L2
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <extension type="component" version="3.7.0" method="upgrade"> <name>FLEXIcontent</name> <!-- The following elements are optional and free of formatting constraints -->

As it seems we were wrong to put 3.7.0 as mimimum
will fix minimum required vesion in next release so that installation will not proceed in older joomla installations
