Currency validation resets field value was created by tobajarrat

Hi!

After updating Flexicontent to the latest version, my field (Type=text, validation-mask=Currency €) does not display in backend.

I had Articles with filled values, after updating Flexicontent, these values are completely gone.
When I fill this field with a value and save it, it is visible in frontend, but when i reopen this article in backend, the value is gone.

Any idea?

I have everything up to date.

Im using latest joomla and latest Flexicontent

hello can you check consol error ? and put return if error exist ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Checked console, no error.
As soon as I open an existing article, the value will be set to 0.

One thing I also noticed: I have articles with the exact same name but other language, before the update, the Alias could be also the same. Now, the alias will be appended after opening an article like "-2" "-3" "-4"

i have tested now
and i see the behavior that you described

i think that i can make a fix this evening (and then i will give you a URL to install v3.2.1.16-hotfix)

I have made and tested a fix for this

Please use "install via URL" in Joomla extension manager to install v3.3.1.16-hotfix

github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/archive/3.3.1.x.zip

This version contains only bug-fixes
