Thank you again for making a great product.

With FLEXIContent, there are two different kind of Hits counters.

1)  Joomla Article Hits
2)  FLEXIContent Weblink Custom Field Hits (also called "Popularity")

Two Questions:

1)  With the Joomla Article system, there are plugins available (3rd party) that allowed the administrator to change the number of "Article hits".  Does FLEXIContent allow us to change the number of Article "Hits"?

2)  Does FLEXIContent allow us to change the number of "Hits" for a Weblink Custom Field?

Thank you again.  Any help would be appreciated.

hello
you czan do it but you can't do it via batch action
edit item > go to version tab
you have a button to reset hit

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

You do not understand my question.  I DO NOT want to reset to zero (0).

I want to CHANGE the number of Article "Hits".

For example:  I want to change from "100" Article Hits to "50" Article Hits.

With Joomla Articles, you can get a 3rd party plugin and CHANGE the number of Article "Hits".

Can you CHANGE the number of Article "Hits" with FLEXIContent?   Is this something I would have to do in MySQL?

i didn't think hit is a specific filed for flexicontent
you can use this plugin on flexicontent

Thank you for the answer.

"Hits" is a CORE Field that is ONLY for FLEXIContent.   The 3rd Party plugin for Joomla Articles will NOT WORK with the FLEXIContent "Hits" field.

As you can see in the picture below, "hits" is a CORE FLEXIContent field.

How can we CHANGE it?  Would I need a MySQL statement to do that?  Can we change it in FLEXIContent?
