Flexibreak xml manifest was created by jof
en-GB.plg_content_flexibreak.sys.ini is not in the flexibreak xml manifest flexibreak.xml. It is not copied to the appropriate location (administrator/language/en-GB)

Same issue for the flexinotify plugin. en-GB.plg_flexicontent_flexinotify.sys.ini is not in the manifest.
