Error page when editing same item as another user was created by AlainR

Hello.
Currently, in the list of items in frontend, there is no padlocks when an item is already being edited.
Moreover, when a user clicks to edit a blocked item, it is an error page that displays without any indication that the item and blocked/in editing.

Is it a bug, an error or related to my environment?
J! 4.2.3 / FC 4.1.3 / PHP 8.0.23

Max error report says "You have not supplied a valid HTTP status code" on the error page when editing a blocked item.

its very strange ... i can't reproduce this
can update on last version in github ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Thank you, I'll try but I have a question about github : if I update with last version on github, will it be possible to come back to the last official version ?
