Hi - I rechecked the configuration. The item view for the image field is set at 250x250. The images are all square actually. Please help by letting me know where I need to make the necessary changes

flexicontent version and php version ?
FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

i set "Set thumbnail width as" min- width => that solved
