open_basedir restriction in effect. was created by Fiury

Hello,

anybody can help me with setup:

a) i have from provider fixed open_basedir in PHP: /data/web/virtuals/142700/virtual/www/ and cann´t be changed
b) i have warning from flexicontent:
c) path temp folder in Joomla: /data/web/virtuals/142700/virtual/www/tmp

Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/administrator/components/com_flexicontent/views/item/tmpl) is not within the allowed path(s): (/data/web/virtuals/142700/virtual) in/data/web/virtuals/142700/virtual/www/administrator/components/com_flexicontent/elements/fclayout.phpon line125

I think problem doing WWW in root folder (because joomla is in this directory)

Any change how to fix it ?

Im apologize, provider has fixed open_basedir in PHP: /data/web/virtuals/142700/virtual/
(without www)

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hi Micker,

this was not fixed , i want only to tell :

I asked provider to change open_basedir to : /data/web/virtuals/142700/virtual/www , but he cann´t do it.
Do you think that i can move all to root /data/web/virtuals/142700/virtual/ from folder "www" in root ?
