Hello,
Is there anyway rapid and simple way to hide the entire info block in a item type?
I found this FAQ-https://flexicontent.org/forum/28-templates-and-css/33039-disable-the-infoblock.html#33061, but I wonder if there is a simple and more quick way (like a button saying "hide infoblock in this item type")?!

well there's always the possibility to use css

.topblock .flexi.infoblock {
display: none;
}

but if there's any other quick and efficient way, then it's great

you could create a custom template and remove it

Also this look good option

Code:

.topblock  .flexi.infoblock {
  display: none;
}

But do not use this as it will effect other blocks too
