I am building my joomla site where users may create an account, include special fields like "Weight", "Height", "Weight Loss Goal"...

Then the tricky part. I want to have 4 Lunch Menus available for the Users to login, and then select their menu for that week. If possible, I may want them to be able to Select 4 days from "Menu 2", and 3 days from "Menu 4"... in other words choose meals off of various Menus, one for every day of the upcoming week.

I would also need a "Commenting/Rating" system for the Menu Meals.

Can FlexiContent and FlexiAccess achieve this complexity?

Thanks for any feedback to get me started in the right direction.
