Site Down (Fatal error)

Hi!
I installed today the Flexi Content. First, I had trouble with installing (Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted.. )- but my hosting company solved it and installed the component. After that i have just update some plugins on component's control panel and when I went to my site I got message

Warning: require_once(...components/com_flexicontent/helpers/route.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /...plugins/system/flexisystem.php on line 135

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '...components/com_flexicontent/helpers/route.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in .../plugins/system/flexisystem.php on line 135

Also I have noticed that the files from the component's folder are gone.
Please, help!!!

-did you do post installation operation (in flexicontent admin)
-did you created or affected a section to flexicontent
?
