I can not install flexi was created by frankg

Hi, Im really happy trying to install your component, but I can not do it. I got this error many times.There was an error uploading this file to the server.
I'm trying in local server like test, before upload it to my server.
I need create a business directory and i have seen a very good opinion about your component, so I know I'm wrong, but I don't know how solve it, please help.

Thanks, for your quick response, but I have changed the parameters and I can not yet install it .
Im trying in my local server, not yet in internet.

FLExicontent version
joomla version
php version
apache etc ...?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Hello

- after changing the parameters, you may need to restart the server

- also go to to
Joomla Menu:
Site / System information / PHP settings

and make sure that your changes have taken effect

About error:
"There was an error uploading this file to the server"

this is usually either:
-a- low value for PHP variables:
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size

please check their value (10 MBs or more) in
Site / System information / PHP settings

-b- wrong path for tmp folder, or tmp folder not writable
check it in
Site / System information / Directory Permissions
