FlexiContent disable in a specified category

Hi to all

In a special category, I have to execute "php-code".
I use DirectPHP to realize this
www.kksou.com/php-gtk2/Joomla/DirectPHP-plugin.php

After installing FlexiContent, the Plugin don't works:
swisswetter.ch/wetter/wetterprognosen-schweiz
PHP is no longer executed as before.

Why?

Is it possible, to switch off Flexicontent for a Category or more?

you need to actived triggering plugin in description field

You mean, I have to "activate" the DirectPHP-Plugin in the description of the category?

Is there a manual, how to activate Plugins?

for triggering (all) content plugins properly

1. you enable "plugin triggering" in description field
2. you select NONE plugin from the list (=ALL content plugins and ALL system plugins with content events)

I can't find such a thing like "description field"

in flexicontent backend, click "Fields" TAB/link to open the fields manager that list the FLEXIcontent fields

for category go to flexicontent configuration

Thanks to your inputs - but as a newbie, I just wondering, what is to do I readed the manuals for this thematic, but ....

My way:

open "Fields" and create a new Field for the Module

Define the details:

And then the field is available in the items, where i can put the "command" in ..... or I have to put the PHP-COde in the FIELD ?

put it in the description field and not in your new custom field


if you want to put in some custom field, e.g. of type "text" then also enable content plugin triggering in it, the parameter is at the left side, near top
