Unable to update

Dear,

It is impossible to update the version of flexicontent on our livesite. We always get "Copy Failed"
When we take a backup and restore the backup to our lab server it is working fine. We have installed the Akkeba Admin tools and check the file permissions but these seem to be ok.
We think it is a folder that can't be accessed but how can we debug this? How do we know where to look?
Other updates (other modules) are working fine.

maybe you a have a limmitation with size package or php time execution

i have denied locally access to file

administrator\components\com_flexicontent\admin.flexicontent.php

and then i got

I mean the error thrown by J3.9.0 should include the source and destination file
could this message be a 3rd party extension ? do you have an older Joomla version ?
