The ZIP file above is not an installable plug-in.
It contains some files which are to be replaced manually.
This is why you get the error about missing files.
I took the files from the ZIP above and added the rest of the files expected by the XML installation file, and packaged it in an installable ZIP.
Try this:
[attachment=0:3v09b1av]<!-- ia0 -->plg_flexicontent_image_field_enhanced_2011-08-30.zip<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:3v09b1av]
I tested that it does install properly.
Did not test the plug-in functionality at all.
That is up to you.

damn cheered too soon, error time...
looks like permissions problem.. hate to start messing around with it again, after what ive been through the last few days
plesk is a big dissapointment for me, will go back to cpanel on my future host.
and I'm not sure the plugin is what I want, because I don't use the image field at all, with its small medium etc. and watermark options.
I only use the checkbox image, and how :mrgreen:
turned off the watermark, and tried setting permission to 775 for stories/flexicontent, still same problem, somewhat less errors though.

nobody could help me with those damn permissions
have been having problems since I moved to this plesk server. server support couldn't help me, been googling nonstop, and I tried to contact plesk support, filled in the whole form just to get a message telling me you can't get support :twisted:

edit, the fastcgi php doesn't seem to work with acesef.. god I hate them so much
anyhow now I can use the image with link if I want, just have to switch between fastcgi and apache php till I'm at a new host..
