[SOME JS code will not work on initially hidden TAB] Malfunction gmapfp_plugin_j3_7 plugin in the "tab" (gmapfp.org)

I installed the plugin gmapfp_plugin_j3_7 to insert a google map in an article.
I created a text field in FLEXIcontent and activated the plugin gmapfp
When I put this field in the "description" of the default template, it functions.
When I put this field in part "tab" of the default template, it does not.
Does anyone has had this conflict?
Thank you

Hello

it is not exactly a bug ...
- some JS code (like the code of the plugin you mention)
may check or it may use DOM selector that excludes hidden elements

and all sub-content inside a non visible TAB is hidden ...

and you are placing it inside a TAB which is initially (on document ready) not visible

- to work around this we would need to let the content TABs be visible on document ready and then hide them after a few seconds
but this would not be user friendly

Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
