Fetch in youtube field in admin does not work if using noembed method, and Helix Ultimate Framework was created by tataye

hello,
with a field youtube, iI have a problem on my site in admin, fetch ajax does not work if I use the noembed method :

Request header field X-CSRF-Token is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers in preflight response.
index.php?option=com_flexicontent&task=items.edit&view=item&id=9:903 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'error_message' of null
(message in the console)

I asked the hoster, and they said that is is not the server, but the site.
iI verified, and iI have no htaccess ...

What should I look at ?

If i enable the google api, it works

teted in fresh install and ovh no problem
maybe an other plugin ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
