No display of Image field in Edit mode in my web host was created by ekwax

Hello !

I have a website in production in my web host (1&1 ionos)
flexicontent 3.3.1.5
Joomla 3.9.2

I am experiencing this issue :

No display of image from my image galery field in EDIT mode. When i upload an image it works till 100%, but after registering the article, the image disapears.

However, on my local server, everything works well, no display.

Can someone help me with this?

Hello

please edit file:
components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpThumb/phpThumb.config.php

find (about) line 51

$PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['disable_debug']               = true;

and change to

$PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['disable_debug']               = false;

you should get a more complete message, you can the copy paste it here

After following the instructions above, the message as disapeared, but the image is still missing in editing mode

strange name image ... multi dot in name .. can you clean it ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Hello

right click on the preview image that appears empty

save it to disk
and open the file with a text editor
error text should be there

Hello !
sorry for my silence , i was absent from for a moment.

Finaly the error, i suppose, was in my template. i had created a template with a new image position in one row (like the subtitles). i copied the code from the default image position. probably i made a mistake when copying.
i had to uninstall flexicontent entirely to solve the problem because uninstalling templates was not enough !
