a description over the image

I try to add in css the description of an image, it will be always the same.
I want to have this result:

you can create your output with template file
go to plugins/flexicontent_plugins/image/tmpl
value_gallery_multibox.php to value_gallery_yourgaleryname.php
value_gallery_multibox.xml to value_gallery_tourgaleryname.xml
after you can have the option in galerie type
and after edit your php file

your answer is good when you want to create a gallery, but I can not because we have a link in the picture (in that cas the files used  are value_link_to_item , value_link_to_url and value_thumbnail_basic
So i enable "link" / no multi image and add title and desc.
now it display the title and desc as I want after playing with css

the only problem is that when over the title and desc, I lost the link.
