Intro Text not hiding when changing global or item settings

With the newest flexicontent we have the possibility to hide the intro text
- globaly
- by type
- by item
I'm setting the item to use global, this sets the attrib

(neither 0(hide) or 1(show))
switching the type show_inro to 0 and/or the global show intro to 0 does nothing.
ONLYchanging the show intro on the item actually hides the intro now.
