BUG that breaks the entir website :/ was created by igcorreia

This has never happen to us, only with LOGGED IN users is that this happens in the public area it does not.

Code:

Cannot load FC Field: $fieldname\n Please correct field name

Any ideas?

at first verfie your name field

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

But is can be from any field any article right?

The $fieldname is the general variable name for any field.

just for you to know we have 50 fields

The fieldname is not printed because of a bug, we used '...' instead of "..."
In file: components/com_flexicontent/classes/flexicontent.helper.php
replace (about line 1706):

$jAp->enqueueMessage(nl2br('Cannot load FC Field: $fieldname\n Please correct field name'),'error');

with

Code:

$jAp->enqueueMessage(nl2br("Cannot load FC Field: $fieldname\n Please correct field name"),'error');

If the plugin file for flexicontent field is not foynd then this message is printed.

After making the change we will now what is the fieldname and maybe it will be easier to know why it is happening.

I will include fix for '...' to v1.5.6

One is included inside '...' thus the PHP variable are not evaluated and the other is inside "..." which allow PHP variable to be evaluated.

Yes but now the code that prints the fieldname works !!!
and we can see that the fieldname is empty !!!

And the fieldname is empty because of this topic:
